Manuel is our Operations Manager. As a former chef and operations manager, he was confronted with the challenges and opportunities of sustainable reusable solutions in the food service industry on a daily basis. This experience has motivated him to actively work on innovative solutions that not only protect the environment, but also make catering operations more efficient and future-proof.
At reCIRCLE, this is exactly where he comes in – with sustainable reusable concepts that bring about real change. Responsible for all logistics areas and operational-administrative tasks.
Education: Dipl. Hôtelier-Restaurateur HF, Chef EFZ
Professional experience: In-depth knowledge of the kitchen, restaurant and hotel world. From food trucks and communal catering to upmarket restaurants and hotels. Most recently, he acquired valuable skills in the strategic area of an international gastronomy group.
