When I heard about reCIRCLE a few years ago, it was clear to me that this is THE solution to finally reduce plastic consumption in the gastronomy industry in an intelligent way. We have introduced reCIRCLE with great success at the University Hospital of Lausanne and the BOXes are now part of the campus image.
In terms of my professional experience, I have worked in various areas of the hotel industry. Today, I work as head of the hotel industry division at the University Hospital Lausanne.
