Miro works at reCIRCLE as a project assistant on the EU research project STOPP. The aim of the project is to find out how disposable packaging in the takeaway sector can be replaced by simple and sensible reusable solutions.
With a keen sense for the needs of the catering industry, Miro is responsible for identifying suitable restaurants and supermarkets for the project pilots. As the central interface, he ensures that the collaboration between the scientific project team and the businesses runs smoothly.
Education: Certified hotelier/restaurateur H/F, Winemaker EFZ
Professional experience: Over 10 years in the catering industry, from the hotel business to wine production to restaurant management. Multilingual (German, French, English, Spanish) and with a strong focus on service quality, Miro brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the project work.
